Description
The FTR/E 10A Froststat is a bi-metallic room thermostat designed for heating and air conditioning installations. It is ideally suited for environments such as greenhouses, garages, or industrial premises. The unit is housed in an industrial-grade IP65 water and dust-proof casing, offering durability and protection in harsh conditions. The housing also features a facility for tagging and sealing, making the thermostat tamper-proof if required.
Note: Modern central heating boilers produce a much lower background heating temperature. When installing in a garage or outhouse, consider adding pipe thermostats for additional protection to the frost protection circuitry.
