Ordering Process for Export Customers

While our export customers can view product prices online, direct online ordering is not available. To place an order:

• Browse our products and note down your selections.
• Send us a Purchase Order (PO) detailing your chosen products and quantities.
• Our export manager will contact you to confirm details and guide you through the subsequent steps.

Shipping & Delivery

All our international shipments are on an Ex Works (EXW) basis. This denotes that buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and customs duties from our warehouse to the destination.
